No Rush.

Sometimes good things take time. Don't get discouraged if you do not get instant results or rapid success. If things were meant to be quick, then there would be no journey. No stories to tell. No lessons learned.

Practice Makes Perfect.

In the end, it is not about how long it took you to get there... it is about the experiences you went through and what you learned. When people fail at something they often get discouraged and tend to quit, however, the majority of the people who became masters at something failed multiple times.
Take each failure as a lesson to get better for the next time and never forget everyday that passes you get closer to your goal.

Gentle Persistence.

Are you dealing with someone who just won't open up to you? Are you tired of wondering what he/she is thinking? Sometimes we have to be the ones to open up the conversation and invite people in. No matter how mad it makes us and no matter how many times we have tried. The key to getting people interested in you is by becoming interested in them. Take some time to focus on what he/she is doing. Ask about them and learn about them.. this will help make people feel interesting to you and will start to open up more and more.

Practice silence and you will see how much that person has to say.

What is your sunlight?

There always comes a time in our life when we must decide to either keep going or turn on a different direction. Most of the time, people tend to make a turn only because they might feel as if things are not going the way they should. But how do you know if making that turn will make everything better? Shouldn't you take a moment to think of where you were headed in the first place? No matter what people say, motivation is often hard to find. We are not able to just steal motivation from other people, we must first find it ourselves.

First you have to ask yourself whether there is something that is holding you back... and if so, what would happen if you would let go? For example, are you scared that you will not achieve your goal? If that is the case, then you need to find out what you are doing when you are not thinking of failure. Are you hanging out with your significant other or watching your favorite T.V show? Life comes at us so fast, that sometimes we forget the daily things that make us happy. It is within these that we find our motivation... just like the sunlight that wakes us each morning. Focusing on something that makes you happy will slowly but surely help you let go of what was weighting you down.

Find your sunlight.
